Duplicate RIC NEOE3.SA

I noticed that permid's 1-21701423526 and 1-55838823567 have the same RIC,

NEOE3.SA, which is surely wrong. Another oddity is that, looking back at earlier bulk quote files, the exchange code for 1-55838823567 has been oscillating between SMA and SAO, so I suspect the problem comes from 1-55838823567.

This thread from Sep 2019 just came out of triage. Any chance you could update it? Can you recall if you got any response from PGO Support PermID and what the resolution was?

I can replicate the issue. NEOE3.SA has two PermIDs.
