Error: read ECONNRESET for World Check one pilot API

GET https://rms-world-check-one-api-pilot.thomsonreuters.com/v1/reference/countries

Returns

Error: read ECONNRESET


The accelus site works fine though.

May I ask if you are using postman? Also if yes, could you tell me if other API calls such as SEQ-pre-groups: Get my top-level groups works fine?

All the api's are working now. Was there an issue previously? Since I have not made any changes in the request.
