Azure deployment PlatformImageNotFound error

Hi There,

trying to deploy new instance of Refinitiv to Azure (UK South) and getting this error when trying to create either basic or premium offerings:

"PlatformImageNotFound\\\",\\r\\n \\\"message\\\": \\\"The platform image 'refinitiv:refinitiv-intelligent-tagging-vm-12-7:refinitiv-intelligent-tagging-12-7-basic-vm:12.7.1' is not available. Verify that all fields in the storage profile are correct. For more details about storage profile information, please refer to https://aka.ms/storageprofile

any help would be appreciated

Thanks for the note and for your inquiry about Intelligent Tagging. Azure is not a supported option for Intelligent Tagging anymore - apologies about that. We still have Intelligent Tagging hosted and on-premise options available. I can discuss these options with you in detail if you like. I can be reached at jeevan.rasanayagam@refinitiv.com
