Unable to connect real time connection

How can i fix the error of "real time" down shown as below:

Is there any prerequisite setup required ? if yes, would you please advise how can i check it ? many thanks.

Edward, from my experience, you need to be connected to your company's proxy even if you are working from home. Otherwise, the realtime connection will be down. Hope this helps.

You have to contact your Market Data team in your organization to check why your realtime data feed is down.


Alternatively, you can contact Refinitiv Helpdesk at https://my.refinitiv.com to troubleshoot why your realtime connection is down.
