When i use SEQ-watchlist-maintain-individual: Maintain Watchlist data: Individual Showing 404 error

when i use Postman and hit

SEQ-watchlist-maintain-individual: Maintain Watchlist data: Individual

API facing 404 error

Status code is 201 | AssertionError: expected response to have status code 201 but got 404

Response contains no errors | AssertionError: .empty was passed non-string primitive undefined

can you solve my issue
