We seem to be facing the same issue as described here:
The solution seems to be to add CLIENT_WATCHLIST (Or, in our case MEDIA_CHECK) to the product entitlements.
How are these managed?, how do we add this entitlement?
For the benefit of other users of this forum, the way to manage product entitlements is to go to:
Click Admin -> Groups -> Group Details
Click "Edit" beside "Product Entitlements"
Select all checkboxes, and press Save.
