All of the sudden it seems that the Eikon API does not work anymore, whereas it worked smoothly before.

When I check, and restart the Eikon Desktop and Eikon API Proxy the same error comes back. And is followed by:
Attachments: Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.
I have checked the case and found that the issue has been resolved after you cleared the cache, updated all API- and Eikon-relevant packages, and then rebooted thesystems.
