You have posted this under RDP; are you interested in getting a .NET library for Refinitiv Data Platform? If so, there is a community version of .NET library wrapper available for RDP here.

The link that you have attached is for Realtime SDK (used to get streaming data), which is not RDP. The development has not provided any ETA for the .NET version of realtime SDK yet.

If you are interested in C# .NET version of RT-SDK please refer to the RT-SDK roadmap which can be found at the bottom of the RT-SDK Overview Pages e.g. Refinitiv Real-Time C++ SDK | Refinitiv Developers which links to Roadmap Realtime APIs

According to the Roadmap we hope to release C# ETA Transport Layer on .NET core in Q4 2022 and progressively add additional features with a Java/C++ parity delivery sometime in 2024.
