Internal error occurred while processing the request data.

Hi. I am using the DFO Request table to get some data from Datastream. This problem suddenly showed up with this statement at destination "Cannot read property 'ExecuteTimeSeriesRequestsResult' of undefined" and no data was retrieved. How can I fix that? Thank you

Your question is about DFO, rather than about Datastream API integration.

The best approach is to reach out to Eikon support directly, by submitting DFO questions via MyRefinitiv (select Refinitiv products and contents > I need help using the product > Refinitiv Datastream) rather than posting on dev forums and the support team is going to contact you directly to assist on this.1657269156011.png
