I assume that you are using Eikon Data API.

I got the same error if I used my Eikon account on another desktop while running the code.

The title of the returned response is "Sign In" so it is the Eikon Sign In page. You may also check the connection status of Eikon. The connection should be down.

Please make sure that you are not using the same Eikon account on another desktop and the connection status is OK while running the code.
