The last 2 days I got the BACKEND ERROR response from your server. I run the scripts afterwards and it ran correctly. Is there anything we can do to prevent this?

Sorry about the issue that you are facing.
If your custom code runs as expected at the later time or the majority of the time, without any changes to it, then the issue is very likely unrelated to the code and API usage.
This forum can be of most help to you with questions about Refintiiv API usage.
For questions on suspected outages, I suggest:
1. Reviewing the known issues via My Refinitiv -> Service Alerts
2. If not found, opening a support ticked via Refinitiv Helpdesk Online -> Product -> Eikon and submitting all the information on what you observe to verify the suspected outage.
