RequestToken api call timed out in Postman & curl

Hi. I am following the rest api postman tutorial (with the collection & env imports from downloads).

User authentication api call is giving me timed out error in both postman & curl. Postman timeout setting is set to 0. Proxy configuration turned off.

Any idea what may be the issue?

@jonathan.leo

Sorry about the issue that you are facing.

The URL is correct.

164.57.210.52 is the IP address of the DataScope Select REST API URL.

Name:    99F7-27EA-DD08-D983.static.public.inf0.net
Address:  164.57.210.52
Aliases:  selectapi.datascope.refinitiv.com

If the curl command also doesn't work, it could relate to the network settings. It could be firewall settings or you need to set a proxy to connect to the Datascope Select server. Please contact your IT team to verify the network settings.

I hope that this information is of help
