I am trying to retrieve yearly LIBOR rates via API. But I am unable to find the right RIC to do so. Is there any document which provided the needed RIC information that I can look into?

As a developer, one way that is very straightforward is to subscriber to RIC "LIBOR"

which is top level reference for LIBOR instruments, and follow through the reference data to the data you are interested in.

Alternatively, you can search for RIC using the RIC Search Tool:

Alternatively, if you have Eikon, you can search for instruments via Eikon search.

I went to the RIC Search Tool but there are no results for "libor":

First, please verify the product that you are using. If you are using a desktop application (Eikon or Workspace), you can retrieve the historical via the chart app, Excel, or APIs.

The APIs are Refintiiv Data Libraries.
