Hello. I have a python program (using refinitiv.data library) that will obtain the refinitiv data twice:
1st part. get_data for [ 'trd_status', 'CF_DATE', 'TR.ACCUMULATEDVOLUME(SDate=0,EDate=0,Frq=D)', 'TR.ACCUMULATEDOFFBOOKVOLUME(SDate=0,EDate=0,Frq=D)' ] for a list of securities, which works fine.
split_rq3 = rd.get_data(
universe = instruments,
fields = [
'trd_status', 'CF_DATE', 'TR.ACCUMULATEDVOLUME(SDate=0,EDate=0,Frq=D)', 'TR.ACCUMULATEDOFFBOOKVOLUME(SDate=0,EDate=0,Frq=D)'
], )
For 2nd part. get_history for [ 'TR.ACCUMULATEDVOLUME(SDate=0,EDate=-15,Frq=D)', 'TR.ACCUMULATEDVOLUME(SDate=0,EDate=-15,Frq=D).date', 'TR.HIGHPRICE(SDate=0,EDate=-15,Frq=D)', 'TR.ACCUMULATEDOFFBOOKVOLUME(SDate=0,EDate=-15,Frq=D)' ] for 4 securities.
split_rq0 = rd.get_history(
universe =instruments,
fields = [
'TR.ACCUMULATEDVOLUME(SDate=0,EDate=-15,Frq=D)',
'TR.ACCUMULATEDVOLUME(SDate=0,EDate=-15,Frq=D).date',
'TR.HIGHPRICE(SDate=0,EDate=-15,Frq=D)',
'TR.ACCUMULATEDOFFBOOKVOLUME(SDate=0,EDate=-15,Frq=D)'
],)
The program get stuck in the 2nd part (no response for more than 10 minutes) and needs to disconnect the workspace in order to stop the program. May I know if it's connection issue or it's library version issue? It's my library version:
refinitiv-data 1.6.1
