I am greeting errors while getting data via API

I still have error 1 (did not get to error 2,3 and 4) after doing basic TS:

Type on Windows Search Bar %localappdata% then press Enter
Click back on App data
Click on Roaming.
Click on Refinitiv
Click on Refinitiv Workspace
Rename Cache to old Cache. Turn off computerRelaunch Refinitiv Workspace,
Relaunch Refinitiv Microsoft Excel.

The error 429 was mentioned in the Eikon Data API Usage and Limits Guideline.

Other errors relate to the backend service.

Please contact the helpdesk team via MyAccount to verify the API limit and the status of the backend service.
