Are they a desktop of platform user? What error message do they get - have they turned debug logging on. Its better to ask client to directly interact with us on the forums.
For a desktop user, you can ask them to see if they breached the data limits of the API.
Client was unable to raise it from his end. However, I have asked client to try again from his end.
Hi Gurpreet, Client is desktop user. Below is the error message.
lseg.data._errors.LDError: Error code 429 | Too many requests, please try again later.
In that case, it is self explanatory - they have breached the maximum data limit. See my reply above on what these limits are.
Ask the user to pace out the data requests and stay within the guideline document.
Can you please confirm what is the maximum data limit. Client has confirmed that he started using couple of days back. And I made him to raise a request on developer porter with regards to same. Kindly get in touch with him as he wants to fix the issue as early as possible.
