“#N/A Item request rejected: Item already opened with another stream

Hi team,
Client discovered with this sample CHFOIS12Y RIC that gave the following error "“#N/A Item request rejected: Item already opened with another stream (stream id = 10333, item name = CHFOIS12Y, domain = RSSL_DMT_MARKET_PRICE(6))”.
Every time it was for their internal source hosted on 2 active ATS server (source name DEX_CTB_PRD. servers names xl10lsrv0543 + xl10lsrv0688). They have restarted the ATS for both cases and was fine.
However, where 1 ATS server, server name xl10lsrv0549, source name DEX_CTB_TST,, source hosted on a single ATS server got this this same error.

Sample error in the ATS log.
Mon Apr 7 15:59:13 2025 : Lv.0 - PUBLICATION - DEX_CTB_TST - PROVIDER : Failed to initialized downstream connection (socket id = 28, retVal = -1, error text: </local/jenkins/workspace/RFATMP/rcdev/source/rtsdk/Cpp-C/Eta/Impl/Transport/rsslSocketTransportImpl.c:4863> Error: 1007 Unknown connection type.

Usually restarting the ATS first before the ADH should fix this.

But can you please help check why this issue on 1 single server hosting locally the source.
Understandable the issue when 2 servers hosting an ATS process.

According to the description (ATS log), it looks like to be a connection issue between ATS and ADH.

I found several cases on Salesforce regarding this error (Item request rejected: Item already opened with another stream) on ATS.

Please contact the ATS or ADH support team directly to investigate this issue.
