pip install Refinitiv-data error - subpocess existed with error

please find below screenshot for error details. I have installed VS installer with C++ Builder tool. so not sure why the error still exsits.

What version of Python is the client using?

I am using Python 3.12.8 and it works fine. However, the client needs to use the LSEG Data Library for Python instead.

pip install lseg-data
