Request for API Access – Last Change Rate Data for Process Automation

Dear LSEG Developer Team,
We are currently working on automating a process that requires access to the Last Change Rate data from LSEG.
As advised by Toshniwal, Harish, we would like to explore the feasibility of integrating with your API to retrieve this data programmatically. Specifically, we are looking for:
API endpoint(s) that provide Last Change Rate values
Authentication requirements and access credentials
Data format and frequency limitations (if any)
Any documentation or sandbox environment for testing
If API access is not feasible, we will proceed with a manual daily dump as a fallback. However, automation is our preferred path to ensure consistency and reduce manual effort.
Please let us know the next steps to initiate this request, including any forms or approvals required.
Regard,
Prasad

Hello @prasad_pratapa
There are many LSEG products and services which provide API access to this data. The right solution for you will depend on your data requirements, how the data might be used and also which services you might already have access to. It is best to speak with your LSEG account manager to understand the available options which fit your requirements.
Since you posted this question under Eikon, I will assume you are an existing Eikon/Workspace user and would recommend the LD Library for this purpose. You can see the Quickstart guide and Tutorials on how to use it. It also comes bundled with a lot of example notebooks and is available in Python, .NET and TypeScript.
Once you have had a chance to work through the provided examples, you can ask any specific question on these forums.

Yes, RDP is a separate product and cannot be accessed using Eikon/Workspace credentials. Your LSEG account manager should be able to provide more information about it.
Are you not able to get this information using Workspace desktop?

Hi @prasad_pratapa ,
The user account that you use to login to Eikon Desktop application should be able to use to login to LSEG Workspace application as well. The Workspace application can be downloaded at
With Workspace application, the LSEG Data Library can be used to retrieve the data, resources for getting start with the Data Library are posted in Gurpreet's, my colleague, comment above.
