Can you please suggest if there is any process/ documentation already available to mapp any ISIN/CUSIP to RIC and vice versa

Please let us know which LSEG product you are using.
If you are using LSEG Workspace, you can use the LSEG Data Library for Python to convert financial symbols.
The symbology example is on GitHub.
If you are using the Datascope Select, you can use its REST API to convert symbols.

note RIC is at the venue level ISIN is at the Instrument level.
Hence VOD.L has one ISIN but that ISIN will have over 40 RICs.
To get one to oneappibg you need to specify venue and in the cases of ETFs and Funds currency too
Also note that a global license to CUSIP global Services is also required
