Download worked for most but not all stocks

As previously discussed with you on another thread I have split up my requests into smaller ones. However, I have now experienced that most prices are being properly downloaded but some are just not and from the logs I do not see the reason for it. Can you please advise? How can I prevent this from happening again?

Some of the stocks are: AMS.S BANB.S NOVOB.DC.

    "Access Denied: User req to PE(xxx)" indicates a permission issue. This means the account does not have access rights to view real-time data for the specified RICs.

    To resolve this, please contact your LSEG account team or sales representative to verify your entitlements. Alternatively, you can use delayed data by prefixing each RIC with a forward slash (/). For example: /AMS.S.

    Thanks for your reply.

    How can it be that access is now denied when it did still work last week? Also, we were not requesting real time data. Additionally, the same query worked for other stocks.

    The log shows that you are using the Data Platform session and requests the TRDPRC_1 field which is a real-time field.

    Please share the code that you are using to retrieve data. Which fields are you requesting?
