MacOS Eikon API Proxy does not open - and don't know if it is even working

Having this problem where when I start the API Proxy no login screen appears. It just sits there. There are a few other threads reporting similar problem from yesterday. None hv a response/fix so far. Have opened a support case as well. Have already done the basic troubleshooting : reset cache, checked etc/hosts, checked internet - all to no avail.

    Could you please give me more information about your environment:

    • Which version of the Eikon API Proxy are you using ?
    • Which version of MacOS are you using ?
    • When did you update MacOS for the last time ?

    Eikon API Proxy; I believe it is the latest. I am not getting the version number from the top menu. The only option is Quit

    MacOS: I updated my MacOS this evening - I'm currently on 10.15 macOS Catalina. As the API Proxy was not working, I had assumed that updating macOS would help.

    Working this morning. Made no change/updates to macOS/eikon proxy.Wonder if Refinitiv got to the bottom of the problem.
