RTO : access denied. Scopes required to access the resource: [trapi.streaming.pricing.read]

Hello,
Since some days we are not able anymore to connect to public cloud via RTO.
We are getting this issue :
The response error with code [403] and with error message [{"error":{"id":"556d3388-d65f-4160-bb95-e5385c0caf0f","code":"insufficient_scope","message":"access denied. Scopes required to access the resource: [trapi.streaming.pricing.read]. Missing scopes: [trapi.streaming.pricing.read]","status":"Forbidden"}}

Is it a known issue or just some account issue ?

    hi @hgardon

    Based on your description and the error message, it would appear that the licences attached to your MachineID have been changed or expired...

    Are you on a trial account or full production account?

    If this is for a full Production account, I recommend you raise a ticket with My.Refinitiv for the RTO service

    The above error indicates the ID you are using does not have the permissions to access the service. Assuming nothing has changed, i.e. the application you are using and your ID hasn't changed, you will need to confirm your permissions for streaming. Does this happen intermittently or has it just recently occurred? Can you think of anything that has changed since this started happening?
