Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, the regarding earnings transcripts are not available via the Eikon Data API. Please refer to a discussion in this old post thread.

You can contact your Refinitiv account team to discuss this requirement. They may be able to suggest other products or APIs that can provide this data.
