Is cross-software API support possible?

Hello,

We have a software product. It gives users the opportunity to collect and calculate their data on sustainability.

The data we collect includes refinitiv question sets. Can we automatically transfer the values collected in our software to Refinitiv using the API? Is it possible to do this and is there an example where you have worked in this way?

In addition, for a user who has used both Refinitiv and our software for a long time, can they transfer the data they previously collected from Refinitiv to our platform with the same API?

We generally use JAVA software language in our product.

Hi @Busra,

Your question is too generic for us to answer and depends on which Refinitiv product you are using. Specifically, if this is around Eikon/Workspace, then a high level answer is no, to both your questions.

You should reach out to your Refinitiv account manager to engage in the discussion around this topic.
