How to extract instrument changes in eikon api

Hi I am trying to find a way to download data displayed in https://my.refinitiv.com/content/mytr/en/symbolchanges.html/ via eikon api.


Will there be any method to do this?

I would like to export upcoming changes in RIC/ISIN and SEDOL and also to extract data related to delisting of the companies .
