Server response is not valid (Excel API)

Hi,

Response calling API in Excel: "Server response is not valid"

rebooted computer several times, etc. refreshed workbook, called API several time and still get same error.

Any help will be highly appreciated

Could you please confirm the product that you are using?

Is it COM APIs for use in Microsoft Office available at https://developers.thomsonreuters.com/eikon-apis/com-apis-use-microsoft-office or =TR(...) function?

If it is COM APIs for use in Microsoft Office, please provide us with the sample application so we can use it to replicate the issue. However, if it is =TR(...) function, please contact Eikon support team to investigate the issue.
