the requirements wrt the requests library for refinitiv-data are currently set to requests<=2.28.1. Is there any chance that this is a typo and it is meant to be requests>=2.28.1?
I am currently facing the issue that I must work with a library that needs requests>=2.30.0 (support for urllib3 2.0 was added with this version).

I got updates from the Data library team. The library has restricted requests<=2.28.1 to avoid issues with dependency that have not been tested and qualified.
The dependency versions will be tested and updated in the future version.
