SxS API cannot launch new app

I created a sxs api key in APPKEY Generator and Status is Enabled

then I use postman test

1. test ping: http://127.0.0.1:9000/ping success return 9000

2. test handshake: http://127.0.0.1:9000/sxs/v1, success get sessionToken

3. test create launch a Quote app, failed with message:

Couldn't get origin from productId: xxxx

I have tried contacting the helpdesk team and also reached out to online customer service. Eventually, they advised me to seek help in the community.
