Job Cancellation

I have a several jobs that are in a 'Pending Cancellation' state for several minutes. Is this normal?

I'm also seeing this error with a new Cancellation request: Job cannot be cancelled at this time, please try again. Details: report template: Unknown

I've found this from the service cloud.

Hi Ashish,

The Job ID’s are showing as “pending cancellation” status due to an internal technical issue. Our development team has investigated the issue and identified that there was a mistake when the changes were deployed and was not included in the production. The issue will be fixed in next DSS release (11.1) scheduled on 26th June 2017. I will keep you posted with updates.

For everyone's information:

This problem was due to a TRTH internal technical issue. It has been addressed and fixed by the TRTH support team with Ashish's collaboration.
