Unfortunately not.

User IDs are created anew on Tick History v2.0, and not migrated from v1.0, and thus all defined instrument lists, reports and schedules do need to be recreated in v2.0. However, instrument lists can be manually exported from v1.0 and then reimported into v2.0.
