Which api is for getting positive results regarding specific case ?

1. Which api is for getting positive results regarding specific case ? Because Seq 5b is sending all results which could be match.

2. When I save Status and Risk Level for particular case using GUI. It shows it is saved. But when I visit that particular case, Saved Data does not show up.

I using api in pilot environment.
