World Check One Ongoing Screening updateDate - how old is too old?

Do to a code bug, the updateDate in the get ongoing screening results was accidentally being set to dates after 1970. This appears to have caused the request to hang as the request was still running after about 13 hours.

Is there a limit on to how old requested ongoing screening can be? Screening Online limited the range to the past 2 weeks, but the World Check One API doesn't indicate there is a limitation and there doesn't appear to be any. Assuming there isn't is there a practical limitation where the request will complete in a reasonable time?

Hello @Michael.Kraft ,

In order to get the relevant updates from the API call "SEQ-9: Monitor ongoing screening updates on cases", please use the "updateDate" correctly.

I suggest not to keep the "updateDate" older than two weeks. But this also depend on how often the user is monitoring the OGS enabled cases.
