Archive a Case

Hi,

I know this was not available in the initial API version, but was wondering if the following functionality is available yet:

1) Is it possible to Archive a case via the WC1 API?

2) Is it possible to un-Archive a case via the API?

If it not possible, do you perhaps have an estimation as to when this functionality will be available? I have some users who are requesting this and would like to get back to them with as much information as possible.

Hi @MD,

As of now, it is not possible to Archive / Unarchive a case using API. However, its in developement and will be available along with the Zero Foot print search using API in the version 1.5 which would be available by June end.

Let us know if you have further concerns regarding it.
