Connection Down for EZD

Hi team,

Recently, we suddenly have an issue with ezd market data consuming (elektron eta api). Since last Thursday, the consumer keep showing following message, and we cannot get any market data since then.

Connection up! Channel fd=10
Connection down, reconnecting. Channel fd=10

From ezd log, I can see message as follow,

Channel initialization failed for socket 10 to host amers1.streaming-ec.cp.thomsonreuters.com error code -1.  Text: <Impl/ripcsslutils.c:932> ripc11SSLInitConnection error on SSL_connect SSL Error: 5 retVal: -1 errno: 104


Socket 10 trying other hosts due to host connection failure for host amers1.streaming-ec.cp.thomsonreuters.com.

Secure Channel failure: no more hosts to try.


Disconnecting secure channel attempt.  Disconnecting user socket 9 from host 127.0.0.1.  Reason: Unable to attempt any more secure connections

Can you help us understand what happens here?

From the log file, EZD is unable to connect to amers1.streaming-ec.cp.thomsonreuters.com and amers2.streaming-ec.cp.thomsonreuters.com which are data feed servers for EZD. Therefore, it cut a connection from the application.

Please submit a query directly to the EZD support team via Get Support to verify the problem.
