If you want to update a case, you may use the API call - 'SEQ-case-update: Update a case'. You need to rescreen the case to get the updated case results based on the changes made during the update. However, the entity type (e.g. Individual / Vessel / Organisation) will not change when you update a case.

Thank you for your response. We'll try updating Name, Country and DOB using that API. We are good if it doesn't allow to update entity type. It's not allowed in our Claims system as well.
