Getting token error for DSWS

Hi,

Client on trial is currently getting an error that has been outlined previously in another post here: https://community.developers.refinitiv.com/questions/45338/cannot-connect-to-datastream-via-python.html.

Login credentials for DSWS are entitled with the API PLI but the client is still getting this error. The Eikon Data API is working but the DSWS one is not. Please advise.

Thanks

Hi, The client needs to raise this with their account manager and a case raised as mentioned on the other post. Account details which are needed to investigate this case cannot be shared on this forum.

Best regards

James

Thanks, James. Does this need to be raised with the OMS team to check entitlements or is this a technical issue for the help desk?
