Why cant I retrieve a longer series of headlines

Im trying to retrieve the headlines that include COCPI=ECI, COCPIY=ECI, COUJR=ECI ... but no matter what initial date I include, it only brings data from February/March 2019 ...

You can retrieve historical news for the past 15 months using Eikon Data API.
