Unable to login on https://apidocs.refinitiv.com

Hi,

I'm trying to login to https://apidocs.refinitiv.com
As soon as i get logged in, i see an error:

I tried resetting my password just in case, but it did not fix anything.

Nick, I tried multiple times and it always worked for me. Which is when I though it is user account issue as confirmed by Alex.
I'm conversing with the Product Manager right now on Teams - it doesn't work for many people. I can't get it to work at all.

Hi @alfred,

Are you still experiencing this issue? Were you on a trial ID which has expired? Which browser are you using - can you try after clearing the cookies (or in private browsing mode).

To access API Playground (https://apidocs.refinitiv.com) you need to have credentials for Refinitiv Data Platform. The ID you used to sign up it not entitled for any Refinitiv products. In other words you do not currently subscribe to any Refinitiv products or services, and this is why you cannot access API Playground.

Hi Alex, How did you know that alfred@wokine.com is not subscribed to any products - through the RDP provisioning tool ?

I used Eikon Admin Service (https://amers1.admin.cp.thomsonreuters.com/cpac/). According to user's record there, the user does not subscribe to any Refinitiv products ("Products: None"). The user account is under "Devportal Unqualified Contacts" customer account, which is a non-client entity for AAA accounts created when a new user registers on the Dev Portal.

I will wait for your current issues to be solved before trying again, and will check if i'm entitled to the products i need, like @Alex Putkov. said.
