Backend error. 500

Hello, support team


This problem has been going on since yesterday.

I think that refinitiv historycal server is down.


get_data command --> success.

get_timeseries --> failed.

get_timeseries(Run at Codebook) --> failed.


May be historycal server is unstable...


Please research this issue.

P.S. get_timeseries is sometimes success. But very unstable...
