Would appreciate an explanation for it?

I am trying to pass a request for a ticker symbol, that is valid. Still it always throws an error with message of Investor Full Name. Any idea what is about? I can relate it to having investor names empty and so on.

Please include the request that you run so we can verify the same on our side?

Are you able to issue other requests successfully- getting back the result, or you are just getting started working with Eikon Data API?

By chance, does the same request result in the same error when run in CodeBook?
