I'm trying to get a better understanding of how the Refinitiv ATS works. Specifically, i'd like to know:
- How to create a record on ATS, either via an API or through EIKON excel.
- What are the available ATS commands for creating, inserting data, deleting RICs or modfying the FID structure.
- How the dictionary file functions within ATS and how it relates to the contribution data file
- If there are any comprehensive documentation resources, example or best practice guides available for these operations
