I saw you post the question on the Eikon Data API forum. Please be informed that the bulk file delivery is supported by the RDP (HTTP REST) Client File Store (CFS) API only. You can find more detail on the CFS API User Guide document.

The RDP is a separate product from the Workspace/Eikon desktop application. It has its own permission and content set. I strongly suggest you contact your LSEG representative or Account Manager to verify if the RDP CFS API has bulk files of the content that you are interesting.
