get real time data using eikonapir

I am using eikonapir package in R to connect & get Eikon data. I am able to get time series data successfully.

Can you please help me in getting real time data using R api

For example, how to get last close price (cf_close or trdprc_1 in excel formula) of an instrument and assign it to a variable in R.

Also is it possible to do this : If the RIC price changes trigger some action

> eikonapir::get_data('IBM','cf_close')
