AdfinX Analytics in the Scripting API

Are there any plans to add AdfinX Analytics functions into the Web and Scripting API?

Not exactly. Adfin Analytics are already available for use in scripting languages like Python and R through a COM library. What we may be introducing in the future is a hosted request/response analytics service where you post the inputs for the calculation and get the result of the calculation via HTTP.
