From this question, we got an estimated plan from the development team.

We plan on adding VS2017 support for our Elektron SDK (Elektron Transport and Elekron Message APIs) in Q2 and RFA in the 2nd half of this year. We will publish more accurate dates nearer that time.

we're using vs2017with rfa 8.1. so far so good
