Error when using view

We tried to use .Net API to receive data(mainly FOREX and Metal futures). The package we are using is "rfanet7.4.0.L1.win.rrg".

We are going to use "View" in our program and we start from the sample code in the package "StarterConsumer_BatchView". However, the following error was found:

statusText : Request Rejected: Cannot request snapshot batch or dynamic view

due to unavailable SNAP_AND_DYNAMIC_VIEW license.

Grateful if could you tell us what is wrong with our codes?

The ADS that you are connecting to needs a licence for SNAP_AND_DYNAMIC_VIEW.

You get this message if the ADS isn't licenced for SNAP_AND_DYNAMIC_VIEW.
