cannot receive 'PRC_TICK', cannot build order book from L2 data

Hi, team

We run some quick test, in PROD env

<UserName>svcHoHo</UserName>

<ServiceName>EED</ServiceName>


\Connections\Connection_RSSL\connectionType = "RSSL"

\Connections\Connection_RSSL\hostName = "QAMDS72WHSSADS11"

For some RIC , we CANNOT get PRC_TICK,

for some other RIC, we CANNOT build order book from level 2 data

( Build order book from below fields Action = add/delete/update Log : INFO : MarketDataHandler : time=[2017-12-12 11:39:43.409250], sym=[ TXZ7], [Action=Add;Key=10413.0B;Px_10k=1041300000000;Key2=1041300000000,1 (BID);;ORDER_PRC=10413;ORDER_SIDE=1 (BID);ACC_SIZE=31;LV_TIM_MS=<C_BLANK>;LV_DATE=<C_BLANK>;] )

Could you check the entitlement for below RIC???
