These types of status messages are usually generated by the back end service you are connecting into. I would follow up with your market data team as they may be able to provide more details within their server logs. Also, there was a similar question asked that may provide some additional details. You can also reach out to the Thomson Reuters Helpdesk and submit your question there as it may be related to the back end.
