additional charges for Registering a New App in the App Key Generator

I want to Registering a New App in the App Key Generator section.

this is so i could use the eikon data API for python.

my question is:

does is it include any additional monetary charges to my account.

Access to Eikon Data APIs is included with your Eikon subscription and there are no fees for generating an app key.
